Floyd Innovations Email/WebMail Service Agreement

This Floyd Innovations LLC Email/WebMail Services Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Floyd Innovations LLC a New York Corporation (" Floyd Innovations "), and you, your heirs, assigns, agents and contractors ("You") and is effective upon execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of Floyd Innovations' Email/WebMail Account Services and the Floyd Innovations Email/WebMail System (together, the "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes Your agreement to all such terms and conditions. By using the Services, You acknowledge and agree that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Floyd Innovations may establish from time to time, and the Universal Terms of Service. Such Agreements may be found on the Floyd Innovations website.

Your use of the Services 
Floyd Innovations has no obligation to monitor Your use of the Services. However, Floyd Innovations reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Floyd Innovations reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Floyd Innovations deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Floyd Innovations' sole discretion.
